The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has been informed that i3 Energy has applied for consent in relation to the Liberator Development located 64 Km north-east of Aberdeen, latitude and longitude coordinates 58° 10’ 27.9109” N; 1° 22’ 39.7334” W (Blake Manifold Location).

In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulations (as amended), this application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement, copies of which may be inspected between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on business days at 11 Abercrombie Court, Arnhall Business Park, Prospect Road, Westhill, Aberdeenshire AB32 6FE until close of business on 10/11/17 (at least 30 days after the last date of publication of the notice). Hard copies of the Statement may be obtained from the same address or by request to contact@i3.energy, or downloaded electronically at the following links: Environmental Statement and Petroleum Operations Notice.

Members of the public have until 10/11/17 to make representations in relation to the application to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change. All correspondence should refer to D/4199/2017. Representations may be made by email, letter or fax and should be marked for the attention of:
